Because Social Media and Problogger are sooo not me
Before this ‘unprogrammer’ (a programmer/coder’s aid for rent), I created ‘ploys’ on how to offer some service online. They we’re more aimed at providing web content and a splash of social media marketing to businesses who might want my service.
Anyway, I always have this feeling that I am not totally sold to it. Because though I’m quite sociable, I’m not really the type who is very good at establishing PR (personal relationship) right away. To be a social media specialist, I believe you must have a little of this skill.
I cannot be also really into web content farming for the reason that I can only effectively write something that fancies me. And, you cannot do this when you are basically paid to write about topics that you may not like.
So I am thankful that I came across this idea. It is more niche, though it means I might end up not getting any client who will hire me, but I am just happy of the thought I was able to think of this. Of course, this is not something new to you but it is for me. So let me enjoy this new found glory of mine, and my brilliance (hopefully not a short-lived one).
Coders, are you ready for me now?
What is the general idea behind unprogrammer?
Unprogrammer means not a programmer. I am not a programmer. I am a programmer or coder’s aid. My service is to do all the unprogrammer works – from user testing, bug checking, creating user’s manual, video tutorials, cheerer, providing blog/web content, and some basic SEO and marketing. In short, any task that programmers hate, I will take care of it.
